Customer information for orders in the online shop

1. Completion of the contract in the online shop

The presentation of the products in our online shop is not a binding offer on our part. Only after you have chosen products from our range, put them in the basket, checked your choices in the basket and checked your other order details in the overview for possible input errors, correcting them if necessary with the delete and change functions, before finally clicking “Buy Now”, does a binding offer come into force for the purchase of the products in your basket. You can submit your order only after accepting our general terms and conditions.

We will send you an automatic order confirmation via email to the email address specified by you while entering the order, in which you will find a summary of your order, which you can print out via the “Print” function. This automatic order confirmation only shows that we have received your order, and does not mean that we are accepting your offer. The sale contract only comes into force when we accept you order in writing, via email or by carrying out the delivery.

You can print out or save your order before submitting it, as well as viewing it in our order confirmation sent to you.

2. Customer account, saving and making available the text of the contract after completion

Orders can be placed with a customer account (online account) on our website, or without a customer account, as a guest.

While ordering via the customer account (online account), a user name and a password are required. These data should not be passed on to a third party. In case of these data being passed on, the registered user (customer) will be held responsible for orders placed by use of his/her data (user name, password) and for resulting debts.

During the ordering process via the customer account (online account), the order summary and customer details will be saved by us and can be viewed by the customer in his/her customer account (online account).

This information, as well as the version of the general terms and conditions applicable at the time of ordering, will be enclosed in your shipment.

3. Delivery restrictions

We deliver to Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Poland, Ireland, United Kingdom, Spain as well as Belgium and Luxembourg.
