Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by letter, fax or email, using the contact details above.

You may use a withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs.

Please note that we do not reimburse any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods, or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

Returning the Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
