Information on distance contracts in electronic commerce

1. Information on the conclusion of a contract via online shop

The presentation of products in our online shop is not a binding offer on our part. A binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping basket shall only be made after you have chosen products from our range, placed them in the “shopping basket” by clicking on the button “add to the shopping basket”, finally checked the selected shopping basket items and your other order information for any errors on the summary page and, if necessary, corrected these with the delete and amendment functions. You will only be able to send your order after you have accepted these standard terms and conditions of business.

We will then send an automatic order confirmation to the email address used when entering the order. This order confirmation will contain a summary of your order and the standard terms and conditions being valid at the time of the order including your right of cancellation and can be printed by using the “print” function. This automatic order confirmation merely records the receipt of your order by us and does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The sale contract shall only be concluded when we accept your offer by email in writing or by performing delivery.

Please refer to the individual product descriptions in our online shop for the material characteristics of the products in our range, as well as the period of validity of time limited offers.

You can print or save your order and these standard terms and conditions before you send your order, or they can be found in the order confirmation addressed to you.

2. Customer account and storage of the contractual text after conclusion of the contract and access to information

Orders can be placed via customer account (online account) on or website.

For orders via customer account (online account) the entering of a username and a password is necessary. These data shall not be passed on to third parties. In the case that these data are passed on to third parties the registered user (customer) shall be liable for orders being placed by using his data (username, password) and for claims resulting thereof.

In case of an order via customer account (online-account) the summary of the order, the details provided by the customer during the ordering process as well as the standard terms and conditions and customer information being valid at the ordering process will be stored by us and may be viewed in by the customer his customer account (online-account).
